Morning: Arrive in Rockport-Fulton anytime in September.  

Meet Step-on guide at the Visitor Center ($35 charge for guide, must be arranged prior to arrival)

Visit two Hummer Homes – Get off the bus and actually go into the unique yards that have been planted with vast numbers of plants to attract the hummingbirds and get a glimpse of the tiny birds - the stars of the show. 

Afternoon: Stop for Lunch.  Enjoy a fresh seafood lunch at one of our many delicious and water view restaurants.

During the HummerBird Celebration: Board your bus to visit a banding site where a Master Bander does a demonstration.

Tour fabulous vendors in the air conditioned Hummer Mall. Free

Option: Attend one of the lectures by world renowned birders, in the auditorium at the event location. (See Event Schedule for Speakers & Times)

Take a two hour boat trip departing from Fulton Harbor led by Captain Tommy Moore in protected waters. (See Event Schedule for Tours & Pricing)

Morning: Your option of a field trip led by expert birders return before lunch.
