LEADERSHIP ARANSAS COUNTY PROGRAM - The Chamber is now accepting applications for the 2023-2024 LAC Class XXVII. This 10-month leadership development program is designed to identify and cultivate individuals with the interest and potential to serve in our community's many leadership roles.
WHO: Any person having an interest in the objectives of Leadership Aransas County (LAC) and who has either been a resident of or employed in Aransas County, Rockport or Fulton one year prior to September 1st of the current year shall be eligible to participate.
WHAT: LAC is a program offering skills training and idea experimentation which will create an attitude receptive to new approaches and adventure in the study of Aransas County issues.
WHEN: The Selection Committee will choose a maximum of 18 participants for the class.
COST: The cost of the program for each participant will be $400 for the full program of nine (9) sessions, to be completed in June of next year. This amount is due in full by February. If funding is a problem, please let us know. Limited scholarship funds are available.
